Location is central and strategic, close to Fengjia Night Market, shops/boutiques, food, and convenience stores. Check-in process is hassle free. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they greeted us whenever we entered/exit the premises. They also provided us with detail information on how to get to our destinations in the outskirts. The room amenities and layout are as published in Booking.com. The room is air-conditioned, the bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. The washroom and shower are quite small, just nice to fit a medium sized adult. The 3-in-1 coffee tastes great. No breakfast option with the room. Worth to mention, the wall-mounted universal plug points are absolutely superb!

Every level has its theme, which is interesting. Reception staffs are friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is great. They have a drinking water machine for eco friendly purpose. A 5 mins to fengjia night market. There is a cafe downstairs and a 7-11 nearby. Separate shower and toilet, which is great. Hair dryer is not the normal hotel type, which is not bad. Security is good, must have card to access to your level.

Great location, close to fengjia night market. Approx 5-8min walk. The room is so well thought out. The wall plugs have inbuilt adaptors, water dispenser hot/cold on every floor, toilet deodorant, extra toilet paper in cupboard, play area in family room, bathroom tiles were textured to make it non slip. So clean and inviting. No wardrobe but had hooks on wall. 2 queen beds were very comfortable for 2A and 2C.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was super clean and cosy. The laundry shop is located straight next to the hotel, so it's super convenient for us to do our laundry. Various selection of food stalls and restaurants also located near the hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Taichung.

Location was so close to Fengjia, and lots of convenience stores around. Hotel had a cutesy vibe to it. There is no lift access to the basement. The basement had a cute little play area for children as well as lot of books, and a whole shared kitchen for anyone to use.
